The Technology called Biosphere

Innovation by means of technology is a tremendous brunt in this world. There are many kinds of technology; there is Assistive, a technology used by individuals with disabilities in order to perform functions that might otherwise bedifficult or impossible. There is also Medical technology that refers to the diagnostic or therapeutic application of science to improve the management of health conditions. Another is information technology that refers to both the hardware and software that are used to store information.


There are lots of technologies invented in order to have not only a better and moving life, and there is a bad quotation that it is the number one enemy of the earth. Being something that is helping mankind to alleviate their condition of life, it is fully supported and many inventors are endless in searching for further improvement, and because of that environmental destruction are everywhere and as responsible creatures that reside on this planet, we must do something to save it before it's too late.


You are familiar, with I.T., Medical and many other forms of modern technology but for an instance, have you ever heard of the technology called Biosphere? Biosphere technology is an invention that is expected to be a breakthrough in green energy industry count few years from now.

The technology called biosphere is a process of turning waste to green energy in a cost effective manner without polluting the environment.

The Process of Biosphere Technology uses unique development in Eco Technology that creates green electricity by destroying waste in a cost-effective manner causing zero harm to the environment.

The process is done by gasifying traditional and non-traditional waste materials and/or fossil fuels using extremely high temperature.This process are done in a limited-oxygen environment thereby significantly limiting atmospheric emissions.
The Process of the Technology called Biosphere

1.   MSW is collected and brought to a centralized Biosphere Facility located at the designated site. Each facility is designated as a "One-Stop Shop" providing up to 100% recycling of the total tonnage of MSW collected. The Biosphere facilities are economically viable at a little as 5 – 8 tons/hr and can be constructed in closed facilities of as little as 3000 square feet. Each Biosphere does not emit any prohibited emissions to the atmosphere.


2.   The MSW is sorted to provide separation for the compost production, plastics and rubber recovery, metals, glass and aggregate recovery and finally, electrical power generation. Typically operating at a rate of tons/hour. Non- putrescible materials are further sorted to allow plastics and rubber recovery at around 10% of volume before being shredded in advance of valuable metal recovery.


All of the recoverable aluminum and ferrous metals are removed from the waste stream, using rotating trammels equipped with band magnets and hand in hand picking stations designed and sand are removed using a Biosphere Separator2 which achieves the following separation percentages; metals 3.1%, glass 5.2 %, aggregates concrete, dirt and sand, 8.0% and finally residual materials suitable for power generation equal to not more than 53.7% by the volume of the initial MSW.


3.   In the stage three of the process all other materials in the waste stream of the Biosphere is forced through a Biosphere Densifier 3, which compacts the MSW into 20g flakes with 15-20% moisture termed Biosphere Flakes 4 at the rate 30 tons/hour, these flakes drive the Biosphere procedure.


4.   The Biosphere Flakes are converted into 1000 (degree) C, 1800 (degree) C flux using a Biosphere Venturi 5. The progression is designated to produce an inert ash which is then recycled into a concrete products for the building industry, thus ensuring up a 100% recycling of all MSW handled through the Biosphere course completely replacing traditional land filling as a method of waste disposal.


5.   The 1000 (degree) C to 1800 (degree) C flux produced in stage four is used to power a 6 MW generating electricity.


Waste management problem is considered one of the uppermost dilemmas ensnaring the country right now. Millions and millions of government funds are wasted just for the transfer of heaps of garbage to other city dumpsites. Numerous recompenses will be gained through the technology called Biosphere. Funds will be saved for more important intentions, lands used for landfill sites won't be facing depletion once more and most of all green, sustainable and affordable electricity will serve as light to every light bulb of every home.


The Biosphere method is continually monitored using a sophisticated proprietary computerized system. Because of the very limited amount of oxygen injected into the Biosphere progression, the system meets with and exceeds all European and US atmospheric emissions standards by Board na Mona Environmental Limited and all of the equipment is built by NORINCO, a giant Chinese company


Biosphere is a technology that doesn't only provide another form of green energy; it would also be the key to a zero waste nation diminishing all subdued yields while creating a better world all at once.
